WWII Victory Medal, Asiactic Pacific Medal, China & Korea Service Medals.

2nd Lt. Alden Bailey, Granbury, served with the 3rd Marine Div in Guam in 1945.  At the end of WWII, Bailey participated in Operation Beleauger with the 1st Marine Div in North China.  He was wounded in action against the Communist Chinese forces.  In 1951, Capt Bailey was recalled to active duty in the Korean War where he commanded an AMTRAC Co & participated in actions against Chinese & No Korean forces.  Col Bailey retired from the Marine Corps Reserves in 1984.
